I was trying to trade in my old ring to a new one and she gave me less value for what I paid for. And couldn’t give the discount I was asking for because I wasn’t using their credit card. Since I was paying in full, I was expecting a good discount of course. Plus she couldn’t do the math/calculation.? But then when I came back the next day and spoke with the Store Manager Dean Duva, he just knows exactly what to do. Exceeded my expectations and so much more.
