Every time my parents rent from this location, they have been treated very well. April, Preston, Margaret, Kim, Robert, Samantha, Tiffany, and others have all been respectful, professional, and absolutely nice to parents. Even when customer services lies to us, the counter is more than helpful to give my parents direct assistance. Even when my mother takes a minute to understand everything, the company takes their time and patience with her. My dad rented from this company a few times. The entire counter is nice and do their best to make sure that the help everyone. Even the rude customers who don't deserve any respect from them, gets professional assistance. Better than other Thrifty locations thats for sure.”

“I pass this store every time I’m in the mall and finally went inside to see what was going on. Beautifully set up store, reasonable prices... what I will say made me come and write a review was the AWESOME customer service from whatever ladies were working at 530 on 1/17. Walked in, was greeted warmly, and after browsing a bit, the other employee kindly interacted with my toddler. As a consumer (who still prefers shopping in store) I cannot stress enough how appreciative I was for the friendliness. Unfortunately you don’t get that kind of CS these days! Keep it up, guys!”
