“I’m in town on a family vacation and stopped in for a sandwich and coffee. Quaint little bakery with muffins, pastries, croissants, cookies, sandwiches and coffee. The staff was really nice and accommodating as well. My mother in law loved the house dressing they make here and even gave her a cup to bring home. They should sell it by the jar!! Definitely stop in to support this bakery if you’re in Carper Charles!”

We appreciate that Ron is always straight forward with us. If there’s a job that he thinks we can do on our own, he gives us guidance on how to do it. Ron is a Jack of all trades and does most things, however, we recently needed HVAC work done and called Ron just to make sure we were getting good advice from the technician. He’s that trustworthy!”

“We are from Minnesota staying at the Cape Charles KOA. After a long drive we decided to head out as a family of 9 to the Food Lion to restock the RV. Iris was our cashier and she is the friendliest, most positive woman I have met in a long time. Her joy was contagious. We didn’t notice her lane was closed and she gladly welcomed us to stay in her line. Another gentlemen got behind us and we politely said she’s closed and she said please stay it’s okay. This wonderful woman is what today’s world needs!! We need more Iris’s to spread love, joy and positivity in the world!!!”
