Great gym, old school feel that reminds you of hard work and dedication is the key to success. Also, modern enough to help you get to your goals. If they do not have a piece of equipment that you are looking for, then you do not need it.

I've had the pleasure of working with Calvin and Ms. Willie for 2 months prior to my departure, I wish I had come to them way in advance. The hospitality is great and they are both very personable individuals. During my time there, I was able to complete the cardio and fat loss program. You will definitely see results as long as you are consistent and stick to the plan you are given. You may get tired, but you only get better. I wish I had more time to continue working out here, but for those of you looking for a place to get results and to also have people who care for you and your well-being, this is most definitely the place. Just remember, "Excuses don't burn calories."

I have been a member of Bodies and Beyond Gym and Fitness Center since October 2015. I am satisfied with the gym because it has met my physical needs. Before I started to work out, I was a size 12, and today I am a size 10. I am not doing any personal training, just merely working out on the different machines four or five times a week. I love the atmosphere! It is exceptionally clean, and the staff – Calvin, Willie and “KK” are excellent to work with.
