(April 11, 2021, 12:22 pm)This is a good gym. It has a lot of equipment and the hours work well with my schedule during tech school. The only negative thing I have to say about this gym is the temperature. It’s way too warm in this building and the fans along the side walls don’t even work. I normally don’t drop sweat from running a mile, however I’m sweating by the time I even get to the treadmill. Either turn the building temperature down or make it so the fans work. Other than that, I really enjoy going to this gym.
(March 1, 2021, 5:33 pm)Dope gym, it's huge so even when it's crowded there's lots of space. Everything you need for gains or goals is here. There's plenty of tools for strength training, cardio, crossfit or whatever you're into.
(January 7, 2021, 11:27 pm)LOVE this gym @ Fort Lee. I used to come to this gym in 2017 and now that I am back in 2021 - it has amazingly upgraded. Great for rack and free weights; plenty of cardio equipment; and my favorite is the room with a projector provided for virtual biking classes! It also has air conditioning now... it did not in 2017. Enjoy!
