Hertz

Well, I can't say enough about the service I received here at this Hertz. I believe the young man that picked me up at toyota from Hertz was named Derrick. He's only 23 (I'm a little hard if hearing but I think that's correct) I believe he was the manager. He was very sweet and professional. He drove me to the rental office to provide me with a car. Horrible weather that day plus I had no idea where I was. I was very frightened about driving in the rain with no idea of the direction to get back to where I could find my way home. I live in Newport News but I was using the toyota dealership in Chesapeake for repairs on my car. Derrick listened to me and realized how frightened I was and explained that he would actually close the office and he would drive me back to the dealership and have his co-worker follow us so he could get a ride back. I can't tell you how much that meant to me. BIG THANK YOU DERRICK. Great customer service. I felt like a person and not just another customer!
