There was an occasion during my time with Draeger that my car was worked on by a mechanic who caused a violation on the unit. Carlos worked with me to make sure that all of the necessary paperwork was transferred to ASAP to make sure nothing counted against me, which I sincerely appreciated! Also, I would like to mention how great Sonia with the Draeger in Hampton was as well. Due to timing she originally did the installation and I also saw her once more. She was also very professional and timely. The way these two folks work a schedule is incredible for the amount of business they do, and I never had any problems with the machine. If you need an interlock in the Hampton Roads area, I would recommend Carlos and Sonia with Draeger. They were both fantastic!”

They are polite and efficient, while I have had issues with my packages and mail, they have helped me to their fullest abilities, even having other clerks double check. While I am seeing a lot of negative reviews, I can say, I have seen some customers with bad attitudes come and go, the employees do their best to assist those customers and when the next customer is there they are greeted with a smile as well. Perhaps it is because I take the time to greet them and call them by their name, or perhaps it is because I realize they are human and can only do so much.”

“The sales and office staff were very professional and responsive both before and after the contract was signed. Their installation crews are hard working and diligent at providing great customer satisfaction. They were respectful of the property and I cannot say enough about what an amazing clean up job they did. They left absolutely no asphalt or metal laying on the ground. They have the best of the best on their team and I feel very fortunate to have contracted with Andrews Roofing. We had both metal and asphalt installation and our roof looks amazing.”

“I'm not sure why so many people are complaining about customers hustling. I live nearby and I go here very often and have not once been hustled or asked for money. There is occasionally a long line just like most businesses but it moves rather quickly they are very friendly and talkative but they know how to multitask and still move a line. I went in today to get a frozen pizza and one of the clerks offered to cook one of these 7-Eleven pizzas with which I've never tried, so I said sure why not she had it done rather quickly and it did not taste better at all friendly atmosphere.”
