  Great location but the gym is not very large. Luckily there does not seem to be much foot traffic when I go so no problems there. There are only 4 bathrooms (2 each). So do not go there holding a load... you may not make it to your destination on time lmao.

  Love this place! Rob and Chris know their stuff and have really helped me to get closer to my fitness goals. Everyone is super friendly.

  I have a membership at this gym and it is awesome. The guys that run the place know EVERYTHING about fitness. They take pride in their work and if you want to get in shape, this is the place to have a membership. All the other gyms sign you up, and forget about you. Here, the ownership is the management and their entire life is fitness.

  A decent place to exercise. Nice staff. I love the '24 hrs open' option.

  I love everything about it! The staff is spectacular - always available to discuss goals and plans and help with exercise, proper movement, etc. The facility is immaculate. Other customers are friendly. The entire experience keeps me coming back!
