There are so many options, there are several different non-dairy (vegan) bases to build your ice cream with, a dozen different toppings, and they cater to the gluten free. The ice cream resembles soft-serve, but it's freshly made and better than any soft serve that I've ever had. I cannot wait to go back and try a shake.
