They made sure to thoroughly explain process of getting rid of mouse in house before doing the service and also did awesome explaining charges for services over phone prior to the service. The 30 day warranty(they will return in between services with no charge and will refund amount of last service visit if services don't get rid of rodent) isn't bad either . They provide next day delivery and will deposit items in your garage if you want. This made life so much easier during the renovation. They’re helpful on the phone and prompt to fill estimate requests. They also come in hundreds of dollars less than Home Depot or Lowe’s and have consistently supplied superior products.”

“Didn't realize how much they sell here until walking inside. Originally came for a welding hat for my husband. We took a walk around everywhere since I was quite fascinated with the selection of items. Towards the end, when we were at the register we ended up purchasing a bag of salt since it is supposed to be snowing. Very friendly staff. Place was pretty clean and organized. Pricing could have been better on certain items. There was a tag that said 50% off original price as marked, but you dont see the original price marked anywhere.”
