He explained that they were busy in the morning as a result of numerous overnight drop offs but as soon as a bay opened he would fit me in. He gave an estimate of between 30 minutes to an hour. As I waited we engaged in friendly conversation on football and D.C. in general. Before I knew it my car was ready and out I went.
