When I called her shop with a last-minute appointment request, she was extremely accommodating and provided me with an appointment time that would fit in my schedule. Not only is she incredibly kind and accommodating, but she definitely knows what she's doing when she's picking out dresses for her clients. Prior to my visit, she asked me to describe my ideal style and she was able to select a handful of really beautiful dresses for me to try on - some of which I never would have selected for myself! Although I ended up buying a secondhand wedding dress, I loved my experience at Labella and would recommend it to anyone looking for a wedding dress in the DC-area.”

“My husband and I have been renting here for 3 or so years. We always pay late due to when we get paid. We are well aware of the late fee guidelines and dont mind paying the late fee. The late fee has been waived maybe once a year which is fine. The place is always clean, smells fresh and welcoming. The thing I love however is the employees customer service. Since we are always late, we get phone calls and text reminders asking when we can pay. When ever I've actually answered the phone when they call, they are so respectful and never make me feel like a bad person/customer because we are late making the payment. For that fact alone this place and the employees here deserve 100 stars.”

“I am a tenant here at Summerland Heights Apartment’s and have been since 2007, I must say the staff here is awesome, maintenance is awesome, when every I need something in my apartment taking care of they are here on the spot within an hour or two, I am a Handicap person and if they see me coming in with bags they help me, when I couldn’t walk Mrs Renee sent someone around here to help me get up into my apartment. The maintenance guys are so friendly and speaks to everyone. The people in the office are the best, they are very polite when ever I go there and always helpful in anyway, I enjoy going into that office just talking with them and eating the snacks they have there. Mrs Renee is the sweetest person I know, she is also a beautiful person. She has been there for my since day one, you couldn’t ask for a better manager. She stay on top of what going on here on the Property and any problems that you my have. I love and enjoy going down to the gym and I must say they keep it very clean. We also have a very good crew that keeps the grounds here very clean as well as the trash area. Doing the winter they are out there day and night putting salt down and shoveling in front of each build. I think Summerland Heights Apartments is top of the list here in Woodbridge Virginia. Anyone should be proud to be a part of Summerland Heights Apartments. I am Mrs Godfrey.”
