(October 3, 2021, 4:29 pm)Always known as the "big" playground in RVA, we took our children here 20+ yrs ago and today our grandchildren. Over the years, it has expanded. From the wooden step fort of the past, to newer equipment added to playlots surrounding it. A nice pavilion stands in its midst with several tables, providing a great cool place for a picnic lunch. The playgrounds are available to the public after school hrs during the week and all day on weekends.
