“I usually come here because it's quicker and convenient. I came today to put my new cars title in my name / registration+ tags . Teller DMVKG9 insisted I needed dealer reassignment information and that I'd have to travel all the way to the dealership in Norfolk in order to acquire this document to get my car straight. This was entirely false . I had everything I needed . Still 4*s cause every other time I've came here has been awesome , dude needs to be properly trained tho this wasted basically my entire day due to his incompetence. I even stated multiple times how do I need details of a sale prior to me being sold the car when I have proof of sale and a legitimate title " he was trying to educate me " on something he simply was wrong about.”
