Had my carpets done today,they were pretty bad now they look almost like new..So very happy with my service will be getting other areas of my apartment done soon for sure.
I was very happy with our carpet cleaning today. James took the time to explain the process of the getting the stain and odors out of our carpets. Have to say I am slightly amazed at a few stains that did indeed lift up and now my old carpet looks almost new again! As for the professionalism top notch. My phone call was answered promptly and when he was on his way for the appointment he called to check in. He also gave me great tips on maintaining this clean look with any future accidents. I will be calling again when I need carpet or upholstery cleaned. James and Sebastian came in, accessed the situation and went to work. Thank you for my new carpets!
