They ripped six of my shirt sleeves, but other than that the service was great. They were shirts from different manufacturers of different ages, but apparently they all reached the same level of wear at the same time so it really wasn't their fault. I tried to argue after paying for a $20 alteration on a shirt which they then ripped after cleaning and pressing, but he pointed to a stain on the cuff and said it was obviously an old shirt. I repeat, the cleaner pointed to a stain on the cuff of the shirt he just cleaned to defend the quality of their work. Don't worry though; he assured me that their machine is calibrated correctly and they don't have shirt-ripping problems with anyone other than me, so you should be fine.
