“First I spoke with a lady at the corporate office. She was so friendly, personable and had the BEST customer service! After our call, the local office where I planned to rent a space called me to welcome me and confirm my needs/wants. Upon arrival, Jennifer assisted me. Had amazing customer service. She, too, was very personable and accommodating in every way. She ensured we got the right space for us and the best pricing for our needs. Compared to Public Storage, the checkout, service, etc was impeccable!! It took maybe 5-10 min for the whole process. Everything was electronic, no 20 pieces of paper to hand sign, and 50 copies for everyone. I could buy my own lock, not theirs. The list goes on. I am so impressed by them!
