  I went to That’s My Dress on a whim. I had shopped at 7 previous places and had no luck finding a dress that I loved, including PA and OH. I was looking for a specific dress and they were the only ones around that had it. I called and the whoever answered the phone was extremely friendly and was actually excited for me that they had the one I was looking for! A week later I drove an hour down and was greeted by the owner and Nora, my consultant. We sat down and talked for a little bit about what I was looking for, what I’ve already tried on, liked and if I had any pictures. I also told her I was open to almost anything since I haven’t found one yet. There were so many dresses! Nora located the one I had called about and it was a complete fail! I was so discouraged! I didn’t know what I was going to do and where to go from there. Nora had a bunch that she found plus another that wasn’t on the floor yet. I tried on about 15 dresses, she never let me feel down or defeated. Then, she put me in the one that was brand new and...done! That was it! Nora did it! I was originally looking for a sheath, high neck, covered back, elegant lace and she put me in a ball gown, deep V neck with spaghetti straps and all over lace. Totally different than what I wanted. Amazing pull Nora, amazing! I went home to sleep on it because I am so indecisive, called the next day and ordered over the phone. The owner answered the phone and knew exactly who I was. She helped me decide on the color and size that I needed. Overall, amazing!! Probably going back for the bridesmaids dresses! Thank you!!

  Fabulous selections, laid back, and the help we received was outstanding!!! They don't run bogus charges and fees that we have experienced at other places.

  I was here with my best friend as she tried on wedding dresses and it was a pretty awesome place. The woman helping us was attentive, organized, and had a great selection of dresses. We went to a few dress stores and we felt like she knew more about her dresses and was better at clipping them up to show how they fit than those at the other stores. The natural lighting in the store was the best of the dress shops we went to and the dresses were definitely the fanciest and most princessy here. There was more selection of hair pieces and veils here and they were better quality than at the other stores (David's Bridal was the worst). The prices were also surprisingly reasonable. Loved it here!

  Valerie is the very reason why my experience at That's My Dress was wonderful and stress free. I originally bought a dress elsewhere and was not happy with how it turned out. I basically went running into her store panicking, because my wedding was just a week and half away! I explained to Valerie what I envisioned my dress to look like and she took me right under her wing. We went searching through her enouromous selection of dresses until we found "the dress!" I knew it was the one as soon as I stepped into it. Well...the dress problem was solved, but where was I going to go that would alter my dress in less than a week? Valerie told me not worry...get in my car and follow her! She took me to Just Fab alterations. Having Valerie there was like having my mom there. She told them exactly what needed to be done to the dress. She made me feel so comfortable and at ease with everything! I highly recommend this place! The quality, the selection and the customer service you receive is outstanding! Valerie, thank you for taking charge and being my mom for those few hours. You will forever have a special place in my heart!
