“I found Plumb Perfect on a google search, looking for a new Plumber. I looked at some of the reviews, which were good, and took a chance. Well I found my new Plumber, its Plumb Perfect and specifically, their technician, Shane. Shane was very knowledgeable, and most of all very personable, professional and explained everything. The pricing was very fair, not by the hour, but by the job and reasonable. They used the premium parts for my sewage pump and water storage tank that I requested... no problem. Its wonderful that a knowledgeable homeowner is not dismissed by a rude plumber but rather respected as the one paying for the work and Shane was willing to discuss concerns. I highly recommend this company and if you are lucky enough to get Shane, even better. Thank you Plumb Perfect! While I am not looking forward to the next plumbing repair, I will look forward to their great service and efficiency.”

“Stopped in for advice on my diseased Crape Myrtle. The staff was able to identify the problem and suggest products to remedy the situation. They even took the time to explain to me which product would be safer since I had pets in my home. I really appreciate their knowledge and helpfulness. Updated October 2018. “I have suffered with a broken foot that requires surgery for 3 years. I would have to hold my foot off the edge of the bed and shake it as a distraction to even fall asleep at night. I was introduced to this product by a fellow worker that has Lyme's disease. For two years I had the"suck it up, put your head down , and just keep moving attitude " . I tried this product and wow what a difference. It hasn't 100 percent cured my pain but the manageability of the pain is as good as it gets. I refused to fall into the pharmaceutical opioid trap and thankfully dont have to. I ordered online the first time and product was good. I found In the weeds and his product is excellent, tad bit more expensive but very reasonable for the quality. Great guy , beautiful friendly puppy to pet or" tackled by jk" . Very informative and doesn't act like a salesman but as someone that knows and cares about what we are going through. In the weeds is my go to. “Effective, professional, reasonable and local! The first and most important thing we like about Connor's is that your services work. The chemicals are effective and your pricing is reasonable. Your staff is always professional, courteous and knowledgeable. You all treat the inside and the outside each time, and ask if we have had any trouble. I do like that you all send the same representative out because they are familiar with our property and remember where our trouble spots are (each year) and are sure to hit them. I appreciate that your representatives wear protective covering on their footwear so as not to track anything in the house. I like that after each service your representatives take the time to tell us what they did and what they saw. We have been with you all for a few years, since we first bought our house 6 years ago. We tried another company a while ago (because the pricing was supposedly a little better) but we came back as soon as we could because your services, products, and staffing was better and plus you are local. I love that if by some strange happenstance we see a bug of any type in between services (which is very rare), all we have to do is place a phone call and at no extra cost, you come right away to treat for it. You all have gotten rid of ants, wasps, bees and their nests. Our daughters say thank you! When the seasons changed this past year we had a mouse! The first and only one, and you all came and got him too. We recently had an outdoor barbecue birthday party (on 6/16) with more than 100 people, we paid extra to have your company spray the yard (the price was reasonable :) and worth it), and as hot and humid as it was (96 high/73 degrees low), your services worked. No one complained about being bitten and me personally, I only had one mosquito bite and the event was from 4pm - 11pm. Your staff makes it easy to schedule, sends out reminders, and shows up on time and your payment system is flexible. Yes, we are very satisfied with your services and don't mind spreading the word. “Realized I had a punctured tire about 5:30 on Saturday night as a snowstorm was beginning. I work at the local Hospital and am essential personnel, so I have to get to work. Website indicated they closed at 6, so I called to make sure they could help if I could get there. Tech that answered the phone could not have been more polite and accommodating. Once I arrived about 5:45, they got me in and luckily were able to patch me up. The Techs I encountered were very professional and courteous even though it was so close to closing. I also had an opportunity to chat with the Manager of the account while waiting, and was really impressed with his experience and level of engagement with both the customers and his Team. My only regret is that I do not remember everyone's specific names for recognition. The level of service I received seems to be such a rarity in the service industry these days. Thanks for all the help, and I will definitely return.”

“First I spoke with a lady at the corporate office. She was so friendly, personable and had the BEST customer service! After our call, the local office where I planned to rent a space called me to welcome me and confirm my needs/wants. Upon arrival, Jennifer assisted me. Had amazing customer service. She, too, was very personable and accommodating in every way. She ensured we got the right space for us and the best pricing for our needs. Compared to Public Storage, the checkout, service, etc was impeccable!! It took maybe 5-10 min for the whole process. Everything was electronic, no 20 pieces of paper to hand sign, and 50 copies for everyone. I could buy my own lock, not theirs. The list goes on. I am so impressed by them! “You must treat yourself to the best deli sandwich in town. Fresh, huge, and pocket-friendly. The sandwiches are huge, as in DAGWOOD huge. You will have to eat it in stages and it requires both hands. I ordered the Horse & Buggy combo (comes with a bag of chips and a drink) for $5.99. Three of those for $21 and some change. When you go take a friend, this is an experience you will want to share. Don't forget your pants with the extra room in the waist. While you are waiting there is some much other goodies to easily distract and tempt you. Be good to yourself and visit Battlefield Country Store.”
