“Very nice staff. The Doctors, Nurses and other staff are amazing; the level of care, attention to detail, patient centered service and overall approach to how they take care of you makes them stand out. Note that this is new office location for them. I really like the convenience of the new office which is adjacent to Stafford Hospital in the Medical Pavilion. Ample parking, handicapped accessible parking lot and building.”

“Dr. Baldwin Young was honestly just the best! She was very knowledgeable, patient, and informative with my procedure. She wanted to make sure I knew every step to be taken and when I had a concern, the staff would kindly call and check on me after the procedure. Dr. Baldwin Young went above and beyond for me, when other physicians misdiagnosed my condition and dismissed it. I am very thankful for finding her!”

“I delivered my baby here and I had the best experience. The team that cared for us was great and the food is reallly good too! Was nervous about choosing the right hospital but I'm glad to say I made the right choice. I also went to the ER last year for kidney stones and they were nice, efficient and I didn't have to wait long to be seen. I was hospitalized for 2 days and that team that cared for me was great too.”

“After, leaving Mary Washington in Fredricksburg we went down the road to Stafford ER Hospital. The staff was far more professional then in Fredricksburg. Our 11 yr-old son took a fast ball to the face during one his last games. He was assessed in the dugout by a medic and a nurse and was advised to bring him to the ER promptly. He was unsteady on his feet and overall “out of it.” When we arrived at Mary Washington (also my first time there since moving to the area) I told the nurse as I rushed in (read her name tag and she is an RN) "he took a baseball to the face, I need to see a Dr. right away please." She said please wait for triage and then we will get you info and insurance and see if it's urgent. We sat down and after 10 min of nobody coming over or even calling his name, my son is barley responsive to my voice, my husband and I picked him up and headed out the door. The nurse then called his name and started asking insurance questions...I looked at her and said "Are you serious, look at him, if this is the way you treat a head injury on a child I want nothing to do with this ER nor its staff. We are going to a different hospital." NOBODY not one nurse after saying that loudly asked me what they could do to help my son or offer anything! (Mind you I also have BCBS, great insurance...would have covered the whole bill, not that it should matter!) We rushed out as my husband was pulling up the car. As we were on the way to Stafford Hospital down the road we called them and told them about our son's injury. (Didn't mention Mary Washington until later). My son lost consciousness on route and barley woke up as we arrived. The security guard and nurse were waiting with a wheelchair and took him right back to the triage area where the Doctor was waiting, he took a look at him and he went for CT right away. He didn't have much swelling which worried the Dr. He had a fractured cheek bone, skull fracture very small brain bleed. Plus a major concussion. He spent the next 24 hours in the hospital with severe headaches and dizziness. The next day we told the Dr. we told him about Mary Washington he was disgusted he told us as they are in the same network. All it took was looking into his eyes by a nurse or Doctor to see our son was in trouble. God only knows how long we would have waited or worse outcome. IT WAS A HEAD INJURY, why would you not look at him right away (even in the waiting room) to see if he could wait through triage and paperwork? His left pupil wasn't even dilating correctly. The ER Dr. in Stafford was amazing with our son even called us a week later to ask how he was doing. He has seen a Pediatric Neurologist weekly since the injury and is done for the season, but we are blessed it wasn't worse or he ended up in a coma. Headaches and dizziness are the worst and our daily obstacles. Thank you Stafford ER for the amazing quick response and gentle care of our son. After discussing Mary Washington to other baseball Moms they said "Yeah, we never go there, awful staff and waiting times." I have not heard one good thing about that ER. My advice if your child has a head injury or other emergency go to Stafford or somewhere else. I believe this area needs staff for Pediatric traumas or better yet they need a Children's Hospital in this area.”

“My daughter and me both are patients of Dr. Neal and we really like him. He took his time to answer all my questions before my daughter had a bigger procedure and he was always very patient and gentle with my preteen daughter. Dr. Neal’s staff is wonderful as well. I have rarely come across doctor offices where everything is just right. We will continue to see him for our skincare needs and would recommend him.”

“I have nothing but good things to say about this office, I was thoroughly walked through everything that was going to be happening with my appointment, I was checked in very quickly, all insurance questions were answered... and they were correct! The front desk staff is SO sweet and welcoming. I used to go to a different OBGYN & after my recent visit here, I decided to officially switch to this doctors office for all of my appointments! I specifically saw Dr gleason and she is AMAZING. One of the best doctors I’ve ever been seen by. She’s so sweet, comforting and thorough. If I could rate this office 10 stars, I would. Keep up the good work :)”
