“I came in for the first time to have my teeth checked as well as my sons. My husband couldn’t make it in to help watch and the staff was amazing when i had to get X-rays & my teeth checked. They couldn’t have been more friendly and I really appreciate their patience! The dentist told me everything she was going to have to do and why she was going to have to do it. I haven’t been to the dentist in about 2 years and need some fillings, etc. I 100% recommend them for adults as well as children (my son had his first check up for his teeth - he’s 14 months). “My experience here has been great. Easy scheduling, good hours, and Saturday appointments. The office is in what looks to be an old beat-up house on the side of 610. I was initially hesitant to try them because of the look of the building. I am very glad I listened to all the great reviews and overcame my initial hesitance. Once you walk though the door the run-down look disappears. The inside is pristine, and modern and is set up very well for kids. Reception/admin is crazy fast and done on tablets instead of paper. The techs are wonderful with the kids, managing to somehow get my two to calmly sit still...a feat I can rarely accomplish myself. The doc is right there, easy to talk to, and involved. Most recently he looked at my daughter, following a mild injury to one of her teeth, and determined nothing needed to be done, not even a hint of trying to push additional treatment. Overall, these folks have earned my business we will keep going back as long as we are in the area.”

“Dr.Soliven is the best Doctor we've had at Sentera Pratt Medical. She's efficient, courteous, never leaves us waiting for long periods of time. And makes certain that she addresses and treats all our medical needs. We used to see Dr.Moss but she would spend only 15 minutes with us and would talk more about her past medical problems and how she overcame them (like a pep talk ) as if that would make our health issues go away with positive reinforcement. She would keep us waiting up to an hour each visit and we could hear her outside our exam room talking and laughing with staff while her patients were waiting to be seen. I once went in on a emergency basis with some serious heart issues and she left me in the room for over and hour while she attended to her other patients with less serious medical problems, I finally walked out and drove myself to the emergency room. I was admitted for Heart failure. Janice Soliven would never allow that to happen. She is a wonderful and caring Doctor.”
