“I went to Dr. Walsh afew years ago because I had bladder issues going on all the time. The first few times they were positive for a UTI, but everytime I went to urgent care afterwards, they told me the UTI tests came back negative but still prescribed me antibiotics and treated it as one. I came to Dr. Walsh because I knew something else had to be wrong. He sat down with me, I expressed to him my issues and what was going on and I could even feel the sympathy he had towards me. I am young and having all these issues with my bladder something just wasn’t right. If they weren’t UTIs then what was it?? Dr. Walsh booked a procedure because he suspected something was wrong. For all these years of not knowing, he finally gave me an answer. Dr. Walsh diagnosed me with Interstitial Cystitis. Even though there is no cure for this, I finally had an answer. I went through treatments with them as it seemed to work, I didn’t have as much flare ups with my bladder. Well, I haven’t seen them in a while because these treatments are not cheap, I will say that if I could afford to come all the time for my treatments, I definitely would. I’m so thankful for them and the staff there is amazing and so kind hearted. When I felt uncomfortable with my treatments, my nurse would alway try to keep my mind off of it. And everytime I came in, she would be happy to see me and always ask how I have been doing and loved to hear my updates in life. Hands down, the best doctors office I have been to. I have never had anyone be mean or rude to me here. And Mrs. Walsh is a very sweet woman, as she also remembered me every time I came in, and would ask how I was doing. Definitely recommend. I should have done this review years ago, but I forgot! Lol.”

“This PT clinic is great. My main reason for 5-starring it is that my PT, Hannah, knows her stuff. She's so good at what she does, despite being pretty young, and always makes me feel better, and is working with me to make my issues go away. She's also personable, a joy to be around. Other reasons I like it though include that it's clean, it's never too crowded, you work with your PT the whole time (no assistants or substitutes), they have tons of resources to use, they're organized, Mary-Ellen (the receptionist) is sweet, patient, and good-humored even when I have to change appt times. I'm really happy with them and I'm glad I found them. I definitely recommend.”

“A friend gave me the recommendation to calI John Morgan about my intense wisdom tooth pain . I had been putting off having it removed (for 2 years!) because I am fearful of the dentist. I am so glad I finally called Dr. John Morgan. Here is a list of the reasons why: * I called Monday and was in the office Tuesday am * Upon entering it was a clean/professional space * Greeted by very friendly/compassionate staff * No waiting, was taken in right after ppwk done * Professional staff was professional AND kind * Everything was super sanitary IMMACULATE! * The only pain I experienced was the pain I already had when I walked in the office. * I cannot testify to the experience during the procedure (anesthesia) but I can testify to the results...100% immediate relief and ZERO PAIN! * Cost very fair...especially since I didn't have insurance. * Left office w zero pain * Received a call later the same evening to see how I was feeling. (IMO, this was very thoughtful) * I took the prescribed Ibuprofen twice over the next day and a half and I continue to be pain free. I recommend ?% !!!!! “Excellent customer service and fast service as well. This place is clearly a cut above all the other vets in town. They took my cat in on a busy Saturday. They had canopies set up outside so you don’t have to sit in the heat. Vet diagnosed my cat, wrote the prescription, filled the prescription and delivered my cat to my car in about 15 minutes. This place understands exceptional customer service and quality care. I just hope my cat makes it: he’s 17 and has a really bad upper respiratory infection. He’s been through a lot and the love I have for him is very strong. Thank you Cove team for being great, you just earned a life long customer. I WILL not be going back to any of the other vets in the area except for the Cove. Friendly staff and a top notch vet that knows her stuff!”

“John is a miracle worker!! Very compassionate, great listener and very knowledgeable. My 1st visit I was skeptical but having issues from a pelvic tumor requiring a catheter when water pills didn’t work. I looked 6 months pregnant when I went in and the instant he put a needle in the pressure point for my bladder, I immediately felt a warming sensation move up my legs and around my stomach and within 10 mins I had to use the restroom. I became a believer that day and never needed a catheter again until I had surgery several months later. He explains everything and has great knowledge and really listens to my concerns as I have several medical ailments and autoimmune issues. If you every thought about acupuncture, do it! Go see John!! He is truly the best kept secret in NKY.”
