From front desk to to repair representative, I was given outstanding customer service with friendly attitudes and constant updates while my car was in the shop. My car was ultimately returned to me in pristine condition.

After an unfortunate event leading to my service to come here, I was pleasantly surprised at the level of dedication and customer service I received here. Aaron is wonderful and top notch at his job. Went above and beyond to make sure I was informed and satisfied with every step. I got my vehicle back earlier than anticipated and they even washed the outside and vacuumed the inside. I went there upset and frustrated but left happy and pleased with the work done.

I got rear-ended on 264 by a 93 Chevy van in my 2011 Toyota Tundra. It looked like just the bumper was bent down a little, and a dent in my tailgate. Luckily for me Aaron noticed a few more major details and pointed them out to me ahead of time. He has a good eye for detail, and explains things in detail. Excellent customer service, excellent quality repairs. Aaron always kept me informed of the status of the repairs. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satified with all of the repairs. Can't say enough good things about him. The ladies at the front desk were also very efficient, polite, informative , and knowledgeable about procedures. I was very impressed with the detail work when all was said and done. Aaron walked me around my truck for a final inspection, and I was surprised at how clean they had gotten my truck. He even called me several days later as a courtesy follow-up to make sure I was happy. I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision to anyone needing repair work done. Oh, by the way.. when I said the bumper was bent down a little, that was true. But the van that hit me from behind was totaled. Glad I bought that Toyota... and thank you to Caliber for restoring it to better than it was before it was hit.

They did such an amazing job. I dropped off my car and they took care of absolutely everything and it was so simple. Customer service was amazing, they communicated with me every single day of where my car was in the repair process via text and it was an easy pick up and i was able to leave my car rental there and they got it back to enterprise. Overall would 100% recommend to anyone and everyone.
