After shopping online and researching several different cars I decided on the 2021 Honda, Insight. I purchased my 2021 Honda, Insight at Hall Honda Virginia Beach. My salesperson was Brendan and Patrick. They were absolutely amazing! Brendan is very knowledgeable about the cars and gave a very detailed description of the amenities and capabilities of the car and how they work. Patrick worked with me on getting the best possible deal and staying within my comfort range on my payment. I highly recommend them both. Hall Honda Virginia Beach is definitely recommended for quality vehicles and Brendan and Patrick are definitely 2 people to work with for the best experience.

I came in looking for an affordable and reliable vehicle for my family. My dad has purchased several cars over the years from Hall so I knew I would be taken care of. Before coming in I talked to Karl and told him what my needs where. As soon as I walked in for my appointment someone greeted me and introduced me to Karl. Before even looking at any vehicles that e discussed my needs and budget in more detail so he could get a better understanding of what I needed. One of the managers stopped by and greeted me. Everyone I talked to was very polite, professional, and friendly. Karl was very knowledgeable on the vehicles we looked at. Eventually I decided to lease a brand new 2021 Honda Civic. I was surprised that it was in my budget! Karl and the whole staff I worked with were so helpful and I genuinely believe they had my best interest at heart. Karl especially went above and beyond to make the experience exceptional by handling everything so well. Not only did he educate me on all the features of my new vehicle, he helped me move all my personal items from my old car into the new one. Talk about outstanding customer service. If anyone in the 757 needs a car I high recommend talking to Karl. Speaking from personal experience, he will make sure you end up in the right vehicle for you.

My experience with Chris at Honda was amazing. He explained everything and went above and beyond in making sure I was satisfied with my purchase. To make it even better he was a lot of fun to be with. Also Barb went through all the technology step-by-step and was so helpful. Dave, Adam Jones, and Barb Howard all did a great job at ensuring my recent service trip was excellent when taking in my 2017 Honda Civic! Thank you to those three great individuals for reaffirming why I picked an awesome dealership and a good car manufacturer four years ago to begin with! Also thank you to Honda Corporation for agreeing to pay for my AC as it was having issues a little too early on. Only 29k miles on a new car. Adam has been my service advisor for a couple of years now and every time I leave my vehicle there he does a great job at explaining to me what is being done with my car. I can tell the service team there is thorough and that they do their best for each customer. I appreciate the peace of mind that I can take my car to a reliable dealership when needed and then drive off with confidence that my car is safe and good to go! Hopefully improving the overall lifespan of my car! Adam and Dave were able to work with American Honda Corporation on my most recent issue with my Civics' AC to get the costs taken care of since it was the right thing to do. The charges were a little over $1700!
