Land Rover at Virginia Beach

Just purchased a 2013 Range Rover from here. Process was smooth and experience was excellent thanks to Diamond Reberio. She was so awesome! Best car buying experience I've had thus far.

Our experience today with Diamond was excellent. Diamond took the time to show us not only the car that we thought we wanted but the car she knew we needed based on the information we provided her. She was polite and professional and made sure that we got what we were looking for.

I was looking for my retirement gift, a Jaguar XK. Land Rover of Virginia Beach had one at a good price and in great condition. I booked an appointment with Diamond. When I arrived I was greeted kindly by the dealership. The car was on the show room floor. Diamond came out and introduced herself and showed me the vehicle. It was beautiful in a car love kind of way. They rearranged the vehicles so I could take it on a test drive. The car was great, but this review is about the service. The point is that the dealership experience was comfortable, accommodating, no pressure. No one rushed up or pushed me to a vehicle. My questions were answered professionally and promptly. The experience was more like a fine restaurant where the hostess and waitress actually want to provide excellent service. Diamond was my hostess at the dealership. and I want to say thank you great service.

We worked with Terrence Blake highly recommend requesting him. He’s the sales manager. It was our first time buying a Rover. We changed our mind on cars about 4 times. We had wanted first a used then a Range Rover then back to a Land Rover used then back to the Range and finally a new Land Rover not only was he patient but he wasn’t pushy. I’ve never met a more chill car salesman who not only pushed us but listen to us and even helped us. Best experience ever. When we said things we didn’t like, he would go online and look for things. Again never pushy just being able to help us. I would give him 6 stars. Best experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership and definitely will be working with this dealership again in the future because of the experience with him and the finance manager- who also when we walked in took about 20 minutes to talk about Cars with us. Great customer service! Not surprised their reviews are so good!
