“Extra Space storage is great! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The units are clean and easily accessible. When we were ready to clear our stuff out there were no issues with canceling. My only complaint is that they are closed on Sundays which I think would be a big help if both weekend days were available. But I definitely give the place a thumbs up!”

From the first visit where Steve went over the materials as well as sizes and styles, we fell in love with his passion for his business! I was blown away when I found out that he actually makes these shutters by hand! I feel that it is important to go with small business owners that still preserve their art. He explained to me that this business was taught to him by his father and that he takes great pride in his work!! The only real problem that I had with Steve was that his work was so good that I had to put shutters in every window!! He is the best! You will not find better pricing or service anywhere!”

“This place is awesome. I called them last second for storage needs. My first phone call ended with me deciding to keep looking, through no fault of their own. They needed a document I didn’t have on me at that second. Less than a minute after hanging up, the manager Brad called me back with a plan that worked great for me and I was all set! Upon arriving, I was shown to my unit. On the way to the unit, the staff helping me stopped to pick up a piece of trash that was on the ground, showing a lot of pride in their facility. They even provide a custom pin code for you (free) and optional 24 hour access ($15 a month). I know none of us like adding onto our bills. But after previous experiences of facilities that don’t have that fee and custom pin code, I’ve seen a lot of units stolen from and even had my own stuff stolen. So that extra piece of mind is one less thing I have to worry about. Staff members were kind, respectful, and super helpful. High recommendations for storing any and all of your home or business needs!”

“It’s been stressful moving. A lot of the storage places have no more space. I happen to come across Life Storage and I decided to place a reservation. Kim from Life Storage called me within minutes after the reservation, but I was unable to pick up. I tried to return and left a voicemail. I assumed I’d probably won’t here back after the weekend. She attempted to call me again as she was about to leave for the day. She was very pleasant and informative. She happily answered all questions since I’ve never rented a unit before. Today, I met with the manager to complete the process and Kim left him notes so he’s aware of what’s going on. He showed me to the unit and I was impressed by the customer service received with Kim and the manager.”
