“Chauncey was the only employee working at this location. I had a 100 pound crate that I was shipping 2 day air, halfway across the country. I went inside and mentioned that I had a crate. I then pulled in front of the store door, and he helped me carefully load my crate onto a dolly. I was shipping a very high-end piece of art to a museum using their account number. Chauncey was extremely attentive, and made the shipping process very easy. I had a previous experience with Chauncey, printing a poster for an art show for me. Due to how satisfied I was with him and his work, I drove 20 minutes to this specific store (many others were closer to me) to ensure that this crate was carefully handled. I trusted Chauncey to help me get all info that was necessary for the label (some things I didn't even think of.) Both times I worked with Chauncey, he thought of different FedEx services that could help me and my business. It was not a pushy sales pitch, but he genuinely cared about what I did, and wanted to offer some additional FedEx services that would be the best value for me. I didn't take him up on anything extra this time around, but I appreciate him always creatively thinking of ways to help me grow my business. I firmly believe that Chauncey is a large reason for the high reviews and success of this store. He is certainly why I am a customer there.”

“Went in for a 10K mile service. The tech recommended new tires. I find this ironic since the car was purchased from this dealer 4 months and 6k mile ago. The tires still have ample tread and are not in need of replacement. No reference to the tire replacement recommendation was on my service order. The basic service was performed on time and without any issues. In my experience, service has never been an issue with Bluegrass Audi. Maintenance is performed on time and correct the first time.”

As of today 2/2/2021, I had to buy a new car and not from here. My car got in a minor front end accident and the car was totaled, due to poor condition of the car to begin with. I was never given the items on the promise to note and I just gave up trying. It’s better to just be up front because that accident could have been major. Luckily, I had gap insurance and the insurance company gave me top dollar for my pay off, so thank God it all worked in my favor. The car was overpriced by several thousand dollars, plus a down payment, and a trade- in. Buy a good car with all warranties and don’t settle.”

“Today was my first time getting my hair cut there and already I intend to keep coming back. Immediately upon walking in the design of the place is comfortable, clean, and elegant. It's the only salon I've ever seen with two stories. The chairs in the waiting room were insanely cushioned which made waiting easy. Staff was of course pleasant and I paid less getting my hair trimmed there than I usually do anywhere else. So already these are boxes wholly checked for me. My hairdresser today was Tyler and he was super polite but also... what a refreshing conversation! Generally I find it difficult to talk with stylists but Tyler and I talked about different kinds of plants we'd grown and our favorite kinds, he taught me about my hair type and different ways to tell whats going on with my cuticles as well as how to proceed with my plans to grow it out, and then we discussed the craziness with the quarantine but the nice ways we'd been keeping ourselves busy and happy. Bottom line, as long as my hair keeps growing, Tyler has a customer. Thank you so very much, my hair feels amazing after the trim and the repairing conditioner.
