“We were in town for a vacation and had an UNEXPECTED emergency hospital visit. The pharmacy was very helpful and filled the prescription in a timely manner. I mistakenly and foolishly left my keys on one of the shelves. ALL of the staff was so kind and helpful. I spent over 45 minutes desperately searching. The manager went out of his way and spent a significant amount of time helping. He even went through the outside trash can. The customer service was exceptional and this isn't even part of the job. He was so empathetic because my mom and I were panicking and she was in pain. We were concerned about our car and didn't even know what to do without keys, considering we live in PA. Thankfully I found them, but was overwhelmed with the kindness everyone in the store provided and going beyond their call of duty. We are so grateful for all his time, patience and kindness. I am never disappointed. The only room for improvement, which is out of their control, is the entrance/exit on a busy road. If there is traffic when leaving the parking lot, just turn right! It will be quicker and safer if you need to go left. Make a right at the light and go from there.”

Stacie has been helpful in every way in finding the perfect gift for my family and her communication skills and networking are exceptional which the quality and workmanship are pristinely presented. There are multiple talented artists creating original customized gifts so that each are unique. And since they are hand crafted and personalized, no two people receive the same one. I had a dream catcher made that no one had ever seen before, it’s a show stopper! I took my daughter into the shop and we walked out with a handful of one of a kind items that would never be found in this community just walking into a store. Stacie went above and beyond and located someone to hand knit a few customized Christmas stockings when someone else backed out at the last minute. Stacie has saved the day on multiple occasions and custom wrapped everything for me. I was able to put an item on layaway and she always finds away to work with her customers.This shop definitely is a cut above and I’d rank it as an affordable Saks Fifth Avenue quality of goods with the intimacy of one on one personal service for premium products! “It’s been stressful moving. A lot of the storage places have no more space. I happen to come across Life Storage and I decided to place a reservation. Kim from Life Storage called me within minutes after the reservation, but I was unable to pick up. I tried to return and left a voicemail. I assumed I’d probably won’t here back after the weekend. She attempted to call me again as she was about to leave for the day. She was very pleasant and informative. She happily answered all questions since I’ve never rented a unit before. Today, I met with the manager to complete the process and Kim left him notes so he’s aware of what’s going on. He showed me to the unit and I was impressed by the customer service received with Kim and the manager.”

“Excellent henna artists. There are a bunch of henna shops on the strip but this is the best. Great artist and can do anything you ask. My significant other wanted something for the Rob Zombie concert so we just went in with an image on the phone and Karma just free-handed it on in no time. Looked great! We made sure to let it dry and taker the necessary care. I do wish it stayed on longer before it started to fade but that's Henna for you. I recommend passing up the other shops and just head here.”
