“It's a convenience store. You cant give this store a bad review for being what it is. A quick stop place to get cheap food, gas, a drink, batteries, cold beer, (you don't know how much of a big deal cold beer is),lotto tickets, snacks etc. It's not a place that needs rating. You won't get top of the line customer service. The prices are high. Lines are long. You may only get sub par service and that's saying alot. It's a stop on the way to or from somewhere. Unless your life was put in danger (jk)or they didn't carry your fav brand of hot onion rings then they get 5 stars. Because Slurpees are the best thing they ever did. And its 7-11. Dont expect much. Be easy.”

He helped me decide which drink I wanted to try, explaining the different options perfectly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was satisfied with my drink after I got my order! Anddddd to top it off, their prices there are great! I ended up getting the Rose Milk Tea with boba, and it was sooo good!! Ms. Hernandez called based on the review to explain that while there is no excuse, the management has been obtaining bids for a new phone system and will be looking at a better scheduling system in the future. She offered her direct line in the event of any problems contacting the office and will personally meet with us at our next appointment this month.
