The venue was good, the food was okay, but the show definitely makes up for ANY shortcomings of dinner (maybe just don't get the fish). I will definitely go to another Dinner Detective dinner show. “This is a great beachfront location--lots of shops, and the pier, within walking distance. Even in the off-season, there are still great restaurants open and some things to do! Staff is super friendly and helpful! Front desk attendant spent time recommending all sorts of things to do and places to eat. Breakfast cooks, housekeepers, and valets are very polite and seem to enjoy their work. The only con: the room was super dirty (layers of dust, dirty dishes in cabinet, food in microwave, toothpaste on the bathroom mirror, carpet not vacuumed, etc.). Luckily, I'm not afraid of dirt, so it didn't ruin the overall experience ;)”
