Dave had an opening and he made us a priority. He worked diligently all day long and got our axel reattached with a new spring. Not to mention it was 90 degrees and very high humidity. “The front office let me down today. I have always received excellent and professional service, but not so much this time. I was given an estimate with unnecessary services like expensive gas and oil additives and an expensive cabin air filter that I didn't request. The cost to diagnose and repair a routine item was seven times more than another reputable shop. The experience was similar to a dealership, premium prices and upselling extras. My estimate also included a service that I recently completed at JAM that is only necessary every 30k, it was a clerical mistake, and the price was also fifty dollars more than it was six months ago. I always receive excellent work from the mechanics. The employees at JAM are very nice and courteous, and I trust them with my vehicle. But, not sure I'll go back. They let me down time time.”
