“I can understand if other events in the staff members' life enables them from operating extended hours as some of customers would like,but consider the operating cost and trust factor and risk in dealing with new persons and all the liability issues that comes with taking such risk. Perhaps this method of short operating hours and sudden closings is their sacrifice in order to keep this business afloat...or just too simple in business etiquette and experience. With respects-I'd shop around. Update: I noticed that a renovation is underway for this laundromat with new machines... I'll send pictures and a new review when construction is done..”

I enjoyed the experience as much as the smoothie. The berry power smoothie is tasty with 4 nutritional ingredients. I wanted avocado 🥑 and this one has it along with protein powder, half a banana and berries. You can choose almond milk, soy milk or coconut milk if you don’t water as your base. I selected almost milk. I felt the banana was the dominant flavor in my smoothie but it was still tasty and refreshing. I’d recommend this smoothie stop and plan to return. It’s in a great location on Virginia Beach Blvd near Lynnhaven Parkway. It’s next to a nutritional shop and 2 doors down from Thrive Physical Therapy sharing a parking lot with One Life Fitness. Healthy little row of shops.”

“I am so thankful for Dr. Lewis! She is kind, understanding, and knowledgeable. I've suffered with headaches and of the dentists I've seen throughout the years, she is the first to actually diagnose my TMJ and work towards treating it. Speaking to general dentistry, she is gentle and efficient - I experienced no pain during my filling and she resolved an issue with that tooth that has made a much needed difference. Her dental assistant did a great job with my cleaning and x-rays, making the process pain free (especially with those tricky x-ray tools). I have started Invisalign with her and the process from first consultation to getting my trays was very thorough but lightening fast. We are very pleased and I look forward to my new smile :) If you're looking for a new dentist, don't hesitate!”

I hate to buy a expensive pair and in a week they are never seen again or get sweep away by the ocean. Or buy a really nice pair and my little girl rips them apart. “I met Dr. Schierer in 2012 when he had a tent set up at the finish line of the "Move Your Mutt" 5K, when the dog I was running with suddenly stopped and I hurt my left calf. Doc got my calf problem taken care of and I as well as my wife and two sons have been recurring patients since then. Along the way, he diagnosed and resolved a tilted hip which caused one leg to be marginally shorter than the other, which was caused all of the ankle, knee and hip pain I was experiencing while running. A few high-tech adjustments and a pair of custom modeled orthotics and I run now with no pain whatsoever!”
