For years I tried to make working out fun but I was lying to myself and that’s why I always fell off the wagon. This.... this is actually fun! This makes me wake up at 4 am excited for the 5 am class!! I’m not even a morning person!!! That has never happened!!!

(January 11, 2020, 12:43 pm)OT is an excellent workout. The workouts are already planned so all you need to do is show up. The coaches do a nice job of keeping the workouts moving and motivating you. I've lost 5 lbs of body fat in about 2 months working out 2 times per week, so it definitely works.
