The staff at the Navy Exchange is top-notch and goes out of their way to please the customer. They will price match on request , are competitive when it comes to gas prices as well as all items sold in the Navy Exchange are of top quality. Seems like they have regular specials, but their standard menu is outstanding on its own. Can't go wrong with the paninis - Italian and raspberry ham were very good. I appreciate Trey, who helped us through our options and worked our invoice. And Paul, the technician that installed my door, was fantastic!! Can't say enough good things about him. Paul was on time, explained his work, and took great concern to ensure everything was proper and safe. He even looked at our other garage door after he was done with the installation and took a couple of minutes to get it running smoother. While the whole experience went well, Paul is why I'll be going back to Apple Door.”

“I googled this establishment first to check store hours (which were accurate), I was put off by previous reviews.... I can not say enough how wonderful of an experience I had. I found a cute scrub set that fit (I'm a plus size girl, shopping is hard) and it was under $50 WITH TAX! the staff was friendly and helpful. When I commented on the past reviews, and how surprised I was how affordable they were..... she told me they will *price match* competitors prices, if you bring in proof of same style. “We went to every mattress store in Williamsburg and this was the best place to shop! The employee that helped us was very nice. He gave us a short lesson about how The Original Mattress Factory makes their mattresses and then showed us a few mattresses he thought we would like based on what we told him we were looking for. After showing us each mattress, he would walk away and busy himself with something at his desk so that we didn't feel uncomfortable laying down on the mattresses. He was a great salesman and he knew what to do to make us feel as comfortable as possible. I don't think we will ever buy a mattress from any other store again!”

“I have been wanting a W124 Benz since I was a little kid. This is my first love to Mercedes brand. I saw this dealer has one with decent price/condition. Helen was very helpful in answering all of my questions via email. She even provided clarification pictures, detailed service records, etc. Keep in mind, I am buying this car SIGHT UNSEEN. I flew out to Williamsburg, VA from TX and drove this car back, 1,512 miles home. The car made it back without any issues. And I had a comfortable ride home, even though the car is almost 30 years old. On top of getting a reliable ride, I also enjoyed the hospitality at this dealership. Helen, Saki, and myself even spent hours talking about cars/life when I picked up the car, as friends. Helen also continued to check on me throughout my journey, making sure I made it home safely. “This is the BEST thrift store ever. I have furnished almost my entire home from this store over the last year since moving to the area. Their clothes are great too. High quality stuff. Rarely any dirty/trashed items. They have excellent sales like 20% furniture on certain days. I have to say something that bothers me though... I feel like they don't trust their customers. There are a few examples of this but the one that rubs me the wrong way is if you are using a credit card, they will remove your card from the slot themselves and not let you pay until you present ID. Even for a 2 dollar transaction. If you don't want customers swiping their own cards, don't put the machine on our side of the counter. It's a bit over the top. Also it's time to open the dressing rooms back up.”
