“This is my 3rd Volvo, and while I feel loyal to my local dealership, I have to say, Huber has raised the bar for excellence. While out of town in rural Virginia over Thanksgiving weekend, my 3-year old, reliable car broke down, and had to be towed to the nearest dealership in the middle of the night. It was very stressful for me, and this dealership really stepped up! Everyone was courteous, helpful, and flexible. Even though I didn't buy the car there, they supplied a loaner, which was a life saver, and got me out of a tough spot. They kept me informed, fixed it quickly, and even researched my warranty, which ended up covering the cost. My car came back fixed, and clean! On top of everything, the facility there is really quite remarkable. Huge, welcoming, and clean, and there's a garage to pull in/out of. What a luxury, since it was pouring rain, at the time. Thank you, to everyone who played a part in turning a bad car experience, into a good people experience.
