Brown’s did a good job with multiple attempted repairs and assisted greatly with the lemon law buyback process. Their service department is friendly and helpful. My customer rep was very professional and personable and offered a multi-point inspection in addition to the service I needed. He was extremely thorough and attentive my needs. “Off Lease Motors is a new business and I was skeptical due to that fact alone. However, Brandon and David went above and beyond my expectations, which is VERY HARD to do. I highly recommend Off Lease Motors if you are in the market for a quality newer used car. My “seal of approval” is one of the hardest things to earn, but I have zero complaints about the customer service I received. I did not finance the vehicle so I cannot speak to that process. Off Lease Motors delivered my vehicle to me at no additional cost; the person I drove down with started to feel unwell and wasn’t able to drive back on their own. Further, the car I purchased had tinted windows that were too dark in my state. I didn’t know this until after purchase at inspection. Brandon and his team offered to help me with removing the tints AFTER PURCHASE AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. Technically, this should have been my issue to handle but they took care of it immediately. Based on my experience, I can definitively say that Brandon and David are two of the most professional, hard working, honest and efficient people I have ever met in a used car dealership setting. My appointment was at noon; my purchase was complete by 2:30p.”

Well this was my first Corvette for me and Joey was very thorough on my introduction and getting acquainted to the Vette that I was interested in.
