“I have found my forever shop, for sure! I can't say enough good things about this place and the people that are in it. It was easy to get in touch with them and after explaining my situation as well as the urgency of it, Randy got the parts I needed & had my car up on the lift in no time at all. I am so incredibly impressed by how they treated me and the efficiency in which they worked that allowed me in & out in less than 15 minutes. Randy and the other gentleman worked on my vehicle as I sat there and watch & observed how above and beyond they went to ensure the problem was fixed and that my vehicle would pass state inspection/emissions. It's hard to find a shop that you can trust that has your best interest in mind and I can promise you, Randy and his crew are very honest & very thorough. What other shop allows you to sit in the garage with them and watch as they work? I personally don't know any besides this gem here. Randy, the man, the legend himself, even called later to make sure everything was good and working.. like I said before, I am so incredibly blown away by the customer service and will DEFINITELY only take my cars to them for now on. Arrived for my 10am appointment, and was out of there by 10:40. The new windshield looks fantastic, and was cheaper than Safelite. The owners were very friendly, and greeted me with a smile. Came here because my dad recommended it after having some work done two months prior. “On a Saturday morning, my jeep started spewing smoke on the side of the interstate with my two small Kids inside and loaded fully with items from my business. Ed (the owner) was prompt to return my call, less than 5 minutes. he gave me step by step instructions how to leave me vehicle for him so I could get my two kids to safety and off the narrow shoulder with large trucks running past at 80 mph! within 2 hours he texted me that he had my vehicle and would take a look at it! To my extreme luck it was an easy fix! Within a day of looking at it he had it fixed and ready for me to pickup! He was flexible with my schedule for pickup as I live over an hour away from his shop! Great small business and personable!! And reasonably priced!! Hopefully I never need another tow that far from home, but if so Bumpass Towing will be my ONLY call!”

“I would describe my interactions with Atlantic RV as a PIPE Dream. P-Prompt, I-Informative, P-Professional, E-Empathetic. A few weeks ago I had a crack/leak in a pipe behind the shower. I explained the issue to Craig (the owner, manager/general all around nice guy) and we agreed on a date for me to bring my unit in. They fixed the issue before the expected completion date and then made sure that I didn’t have any other issues with any other pipes. Based upon our interactions (phone, email and in-person) he wanted to get me back out on the road as soon as possible and with money left in my wallet.
