“This is my 3rd Volvo, and while I feel loyal to my local dealership, I have to say, Huber has raised the bar for excellence. While out of town in rural Virginia over Thanksgiving weekend, my 3-year old, reliable car broke down, and had to be towed to the nearest dealership in the middle of the night. It was very stressful for me, and this dealership really stepped up! Everyone was courteous, helpful, and flexible. Even though I didn't buy the car there, they supplied a loaner, which was a life saver, and got me out of a tough spot. They kept me informed, fixed it quickly, and even researched my warranty, which ended up covering the cost. My car came back fixed, and clean! On top of everything, the facility there is really quite remarkable. Huge, welcoming, and clean, and there's a garage to pull in/out of. What a luxury, since it was pouring rain, at the time. Thank you, to everyone who played a part in turning a bad car experience, into a good people experience. “Teddy and Jason turned out to be our guardian angels this afternoon. We had a flat tire on Rt 1 - about 70 miles from our house. Jason saw us, and even though they were getting ready to close up, offered to patch our tire. We limped into Noors. It turned out the tire was too damaged to patch AND the spare didn't fit! These guys bent over backwards for us and stayed an hour past closing to get us back on the road. I don't know what we would have done if these great guys hadn't helped us. If I could give them 6 stars, I would.”

“A few years ago, I had a Volkswagen 16V head (1.8 PL) evaluated and refinished at the former M&D. This was my first time having machine service work done on one of my automotive projects. I was very impressed with how Evan took the time to answer my questions, provide me explanations of what the process entailed, and worked with me, providing a head I partially disassembled and supplied with re-assembly parts to keep things on a budget. The work was timely, and done exceeding my expectations, and allowed for an efficient and easy engine reassembly. I am very happy with the valve grind, decking, and the installation of HD springs. It has been over 70,000 vigorous miles, and the head (and motor) is still running perfectly. I have just dropped off a motor and parts, at their new location, for more extensive service; including cylinder sleeves and blueprinting. I look forward to writing a follow-up review to report the results. At this point, this new job is on track to being a similar experience.”
