Just one example of everything noted above-I took my car to a dealership to get an oil change. That dealership told me I needed my brakes replaced and said they would knock it out while my car was there. I declined and dropped it at One Stop. I get a call about 20 minutes later. They asked me why I brought the car to them. I repeated, "To get new brake pads." They told me my brakes were DAMN near brand new (I had them replace 11 months prior). They cleaned my brakes and I picked up my car FREE OF CHARGE! More to come!”

I went three times in person (twice in one day) and no one was there, door was locked but hours said open. A few times I tried calling and got no answer but eventually got in touch.
