“So I managed to scrape a pole, a yellow one at that and it left an ugly yellow marking on my door. A different body shop quoted to fix it for about $550. He just looked at it, didn’t touch it ... didn’t ask for any info on the car. I came here and Mr.Jose felt the door and noticed there was also a very faint dent in the door. He asked for my vehicle registration and gave me how the price was divided. For a touch up and buffing it was $200 flat. A more affordable price for a college student. Mr. Jose was excellent. He was very kind, honest, and always answered my calls to check up on how it was going. I would highly recommend this place and will probably (hopefully not for the same reason) come back !”

The lobby area, bathroom, and convenient shop was super super clean. They also had complimentary doughnuts and hot drinks as well. In addition to getting my car serviced, they also have a complimentary car wash! I mean I don't expect it to be spotless clean, but my car needs a little bit of a wash so I appreciate it (please take note North Carolina Toyota Centers...). “I called Kurt in a panic, boarding the auto train in Sanford, Fl on a Friday afternoon in route to make my permanent move to Massachusetts. My car was overheating and barely made it to the train. “A neighbor hit my Toyota 4 Runner in the parking lot and needed a new bumper. Not only did Tan Auto repair the bumper like new, they cleaned my foggy headlights that also now look new. I also had some previous water damage on the inside that I asked them to fix and they completely took out the seats and thoroughly cleaned the rugs.
