“Working with Jonathan Price was the most streamline car services experience I have ever had. I hit a curb in a parking lot and tore the sidewall of one of my already balding tires. I called the office for a quote to replace all 4 tires around 3:30pm. They offered fair price for good quality tires (about $800 for goodyear). I dropped my Camry off at 5pm and was on my way home by 6:15pm. Jonathan effectively communicated tire pricing, warranty options, mounting fees…etc without pressure to upswell on any of it. “Honestly probably the most proffessional experience I’ve had at a car repair shop. Jinan was extremely helpful over the phone. He got all the info they would need for when I get there, making the service even faster. They even went out and looked at the tires to see if replacing all of them was worth it. After that, Ayden and Jinan walked me through the different brands and options. Rob was able to add additional input as well. All in all, I couldn’t reccomend this place anymore. Kinda sucks that you can’t rate higher than 5 stars. Message to owner / general manager: Please give these 3 guys a raise. This level of service should boast a reward.”
