“What a fantastic church! I visited this church for Easter and was very impressed. I'm from out of town and dropped by. I was welcomed immediately by Allen. Folks are still coming back from the pandemic so attendance was a little light. They have a nice choir, incredible soloist, and great pianist! Even played Happy Birthday for the choir director before service. Then the reverend got up for the sermon. Wow! If enthusiasm means God within, she's saturated! I've never heard a sermon about the folded napkin in Christ's tomb. Incredible & emotional.”

“We’re new to the Lakeside area and have been visiting this church almost a month. Everyone has been very friendly and hospitable including the pastor, who made sure to personally welcome us on our first visit. They are open + affirming, diverse, and have accessible parking and entrance into building and sanctuary. They have a full choir, organ player, and regular events happening on their calendar. The sanctuary has beautiful stained glass and plenty of pews to space out with your family. Childcare is also provided, our littles look forward to going every Sunday and playing in the nursery. Service begins at 11am and lasts about an hour.”

“We moved here from across the country, and the congregation here really became our family when we knew no one. We were immediately welcomed and 3 years later we have made many close friends. I work with the youth, and they are a great bunch! Youth activities are usually Tuesday nights at 7pm for those in middle/high school. Sunday services are at 9am or 12pm, with Sunday school the following hour. This year is focused on the Old Testament, and next year is the New Testament.”
