“I was seen by Dr. Kilhenny sometime last month, and I could not be more impressed with The two young ladies who took care of me. Starting off, the doctor who referred me to see Dr. Kilhenny kept saying they sent my information to his office and when I would call to set the Appointment, Megan would check every single time just to make sure and they never received it.I was so frustrated with that other office, Megan took it upon herself to reach out to them and have Them send my information directly to her and waited on the phone with that office until the fax came Through. Megan returned my call and got me in to see the doctor within the next week. Once I was in the office, even though the phones were ringing, and it appeared to be extremely busy I was greeted with a smiling face at check in by ms. Megan. I sat down, filled out my paper work, and then returned it to the front. The young lady that called me back was just as happy as could be, and really made me feel comfortable in the office where my outcome may or may not have been positive. I believe her name was Fallon. She then took me to the other side of the office to do the rest of my exam, where we got to chit chat about my animals, seeing how she herself is an animal lover too! I was very impressed with how she asked me about my past appointments with other doctors and was able to get these notes from those offices before I even seen Dr. Kilhenny. Very impressive!!!I then got to see Dr. Kilhenny and I am blown away with how intelligent he is. He took his time during my exam and listened to every last concern I had. He explained in great detail about my possible condition and I did not feel rushed at all during my appointment. Dr. Kilhenny wanted me to get a few MRI does and another test at a different location. Megan was very reassuring that they would take care of sending my information off to get these done as soon as possible, and sure enough I had both test scheduled within the next 2 weeks. His staff is by far nothing like the older reviews I had read before I came in for my appointment. I just want to say thank you to each of them and I look forward to returning for my follow ups!”
