“She was running 45 min late due to procedures, the nurse informed me and even gave me a chance to reschedule. After 45 min the doctor walked in a apologized a lot for running late, however having worked for a lot of different doctors I did not think 45 min was bad at all and I don't feel the wait was that long either. She worked fast and proficient and she was very sweet and understanding. The office also looks very nice and very clean. The wait time to have a procedure done is a little longer then I would like but that just shows me she is busy and to me means patients think she is good.”

“Had I known a visit to Dr. Bourret/Fredericksburg Foot & Ankle would be so great, I would have gone long before now. I was impressed with the entire operation: everything from the patient chair that accommodates even short, fat people like me, which you never find in doctor offices, to the speed with which everything progressed. Every single person I encountered seemed to enjoy the job, which told me quite a bit. They were all pleasant, and the team works in perfect cohesiveness. Dr. Bourret was awesome. I had a boatload of questions, and she quickly answered them all and more. Plus, having a toenail removed was far more affordable than I expected & significantly less costly than another local place I had called. Dr. Bourret also was considerate of my not having insurance, making me feel like the doc really cares about the patients, isn't there for the paycheck. Also, she painted a picture of what was about to happen so that I expected worse than what I got, which was much appreciated. Many docs tell you things will be better than they turn out to be. Expecting worse than you get was a refreshing change. As I said, I was super impressed. I highly recommend F'burg Foot and Ankle & Dr. Bourret.”

“Dr Kroeger is an excellent neurologist with the ability to direct conversation and patient-choices with a gentle, knowledgeable, and responsibility-promoting professional manner. Coming from Fairfax Neurology where I was treated for ten years, I found the change of pace (more time with her patients), the more holistic concern for emotional AND physical health, and her hesitation to treat minor symptoms with over-enthusiastic infusions a welcome sign of integrity. Office staff was helpful in filling out insurance claim even though they do not accept insurance; they help you fill out the forms for an "out of network" doctor. And her rates are very reasonable.”

“I tore my meniscus (shock absorber) in my knee running after many years of an active lifestyle. My wife and I are new to the area and didn't have a referral for an orthopedic surgeon from our GP. My wife is a doctor and conducted a lot of research on the internet and liked the good reviews and the experience listed of Dr. Keith Albertson. His staff scheduled an appointment within a few days at their Haymarket location and they also have a Manassas location available on separate days. A former military surgeon, Dr. Albertson has over 20+ years of experience, a very professional gentleman, has a great bedside manner (per say), very informative, and all around a great guy in my opinion. He and his staff didn't rush us through the process, explaining all our options and my wife and I were very glad to have him as our surgeon working on my knee. As a very active middle-aged male, I wanted an experienced professional who was going to get it right the first time and get me quickly back into my active lifestyle. I had the initial consult with Dr. Albertson, MRI, follow-up appointment, insurance approval and surgery completed within 17-days! This fit well into my schedule as I have a future 10K race scheduled and hunting plans this season. First class facilities all around, the staff was wonderful and very organized; and Dr. Albertson has the confidence and grace you'd expect from an experienced physician your consulting with for a personally important surgical procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Albertson for anyone that is needing an orthopedic surgeon in the Northern Virginia area.
