Overall, the food was good and the waitress kept our drinks filled.”

These teachers are fantastic and one can tell by the way they teach that this is their passion! Today, I’d like to give a shout out to one teacher in particular, Robert. Robert teaches the Sunday morning class at 9:00. It’s been quite awhile since I’ve been to his class but, I came away feeling completely stretched, lighter and at peace. The funny thing is, I didn’t realize this until a couple of hours after the class, it was that much of a smooth transition and it stayed me throughout the whole day.
