The most experienced coaches don’t hesitate to share techniques with newer coaches and this cross training has provided the club with tremendous depth. While the club was experiencing some growing pains when we first joined, the adjustments made over the last 2 years have helped provide more divers with access to the competition teams. The environment I have observed has been safe, positive and supportive. I have watched both my children grow both athletically and personally because of the influence their coaches have had on them.
