Encompass is the best company I have worked with by far. Every person who has been to my home is professional and very knowledgeable but also make a personal connection which is very important to me. I live with my mother who is also disabled and we both have a lot of doctors appointments and and I end up having to be hospitalized very often without being able to give them prior notice. This company is very understanding and works with us to make appointments for my wound care around our schedules or even if we just aren't feeling well and not up to a visit that day. They have educated my mother and I on doing wound care and iv antibiotics on the days they do not visit to make sure things are being done safely and”

“My wife and I showed up for our Covid 19 booster shots with all the paperwork. Unfortunately both of our Medicare cards were outdated. Maria, their pharmacy representative could have easily told us to go home and called Social Security to get new cards with the proper numbers. Instead she called Social Security right then and spent her time to get the matter squared away. She did it with grace and we were most appreciative. The pharmacist who gave us the injection was efficient and courteous.”

If they are not able to perform specific work that needs to be accomplished through a dealership, they are honest about it. The employees are extremely knowledgeable and we always work with people we know and can trust! Our most recent experience involved engine repairs for a Volvo SUV. The work was accomplished in a reasonable time period and we feel comfortable with the warranty. We understand exactly what work was done and why. We never feel pressured to add on more maintenance when we can only pay for one repair at a time. Dr. Suzanne is the chiropractor and she's incredibly gentle and takes her time with her adjustments. The atmosphere and aura of the office is also nice, quiet and clean. “WOW - Pauline, the midwife, is absolutely incredible. We delivered our first baby at MOMS (water birth) and she was exactly what we needed. She knew EXACTLY what she was doing, helped calm my anxiety, got me through the tough times, and I always felt supported by her and her assistant, Millie, who was also very knowledgable and helped keep me mentally and physically in the right place. My labor wasn't easy but they made sure everything was safe and we now have a healthy little boy. I looked at TONS of birth centers and Pauline was by far the best. The delivery rooms at MOMS are so spacious, comfortable, and the jacuzzi was perfect. The room had enough space for my partner, doula, mom and sister plus the midwife and her assistant without a problem. I couldn't recommend this place or this team more!”

“I was blown away by the hospitality of this young man on a busy Friday night. We ordered a variety of items for our family of three. They gave us our drinks at the window and had us pull ahead to wait. They asked us beforehand about any sauces, and we informed them which ones we wanted. After waiting a few short minutes, we received our food, naturally we check out bag for sauces and did not see them. Before I had any time to react, the same young man from the drive thru is at the window with our sauces. He made a separate trip just to bring us our sauces. The fact that he had remembered AND cared enough about the customer’s happiness to take a trip back inside in the rain to bring our sauces blows me away. What a wonderful employee. Hopefully he receives the recognition and opportunities he deserves.”
