“Compared to other places, the people at Accel have been so much more responsive, prompt, and thoughtful. I trust them to do a good job. I actually got a call today from Brian letting me know well ahead of time that he was running late and might be arriving a little outside the time window. With other places, nobody will give any heads up, and they might not show up at all. Brian did a great job and took the time to answer all my questions. He even brushed the cobwebs off the windows! The termite treatment guys were very nice too. They were able treat my tiny crawl space and seemed very thorough. Another pro is that their mosquito treatment uses essential oils and shouldn’t hurt pollinators. I wasted time and money with other places first, so hopefully this will save you that effort!”

We went over what size I wanted to go to, recovery time,etc. He submitted everything over to insurance and they covered it. Fast forward to surgery day, everything went great. “Everyone that I had contact with in this office was above and beyond wonderful. I was scheduled very short notice as a new patient in the middle of an undiagnosed autoimmune flare. I was miserable, I had been brushed off by the hospital and by specialists, and I just needed relief. I was seen within 48 hours of my initial call. The receptionists were both very friendly when I came in and got me checked in very quickly. I was seen on time, which is not something that I am accustomed to. The Nurse Practitioner, Rosine Kemeni, is a very special kind of person. She really took the time to listen to me and ask questions and run labs to really get to the bottom of what was going on with me. There are not enough care providers like her anymore and I feel very fortunate to have been treated by her. I will continue to be her patient for as long as I am able and I will recommend her to anyone who will listen.”
