“Pretty solid gym. The free-weight area has just about everything you need to complete most workouts. The machine area has a decent amount of equipment. For the size, I'd say this is a great value gym. The owner is very friendly and never fails to greet you as you come in the door or leave. Most of the hours I go, the gym is wide open for use. While I don't have kids, it's pretty nice to see that there's a dedicated child area so kids are running around everywhere like you see in bigger gyms. My only complaint is, due to being a smaller gym, when the personal trainer is working with larger groups, it can be crowded in multiple areas. It's not a problem during peak times, but I try to avoid peak times so I can avoid the crowds. All in all, I'd rate this gym about a 4.5 star. It's a hideaway gem for those that like to hit the gym.”

He listens & engages and has a great chairside manner. I also want to say how awesome David is. He is thorough and explains everything he is doing. He is super friendly and puts you at ease. “I have been seeing Dr. Bragg for about 20 years. When I first saw her I could hardly walk. I had been seeing another doctor for the same issue and had received several injections in my back for Spinal Stenosis. Dr. Bragg began to treat me and it wasn't long before I was walking longer distances and without pain. Unfortunately as time has gone by, I have developed osteoarthritis in the majority of my joints. Dr. Bragg has treated me for each one. She takes the time to listen before she comes up with a plan of action. I love her "bedside" manners. She has never talked down to me, but has always explained my conditions and her plan of action in terms that I can understand. She is thorough and very pleasant. She is definitely a Keeper. “This place is great! We went to family camp and had a great time. Camp had a relaxed pace with many recreation options. We got to try some things we don't normally get to do (high ropes, leap of faith) and also canoeing, kayaking, swimming, etc. The food was great but the best part was the staff members' friendliness and warmth. We stayed in Oakwood which has connecting rooms for larger families. Hope we can return.”
