“This is the only doctor’s appointment I physically came to in person (vs virtual) since COVID because I love Dr. White, Cindy, and the team so much! Their new office on the Johnston-Willis Campus is very easy to get to, with easy parking, and the team was welcoming and friendly. My appointment was exactly on time, and Dr. White was compassionate and knowledgeable as always, taking time to sit with me. My prescription was sent in within minutes of me leaving. They also respond to refill/auth requests from my pharmacy in a timely manner as well. Can’t say enough positive things about this practice!”

Dr. Babik came into his office on Christmas Day to perform the extraction immediately. He and Jad Babik eased my dad’s angst by providing excellent bedside manners, and treated my father just like a family member the entire time. “Excellent customer service and fast service as well. This place is clearly a cut above all the other vets in town. They took my cat in on a busy Saturday. They had canopies set up outside so you don’t have to sit in the heat. Vet diagnosed my cat, wrote the prescription, filled the prescription and delivered my cat to my car in about 15 minutes. This place understands exceptional customer service and quality care. I just hope my cat makes it: he’s 17 and has a really bad upper respiratory infection. He’s been through a lot and the love I have for him is very strong. Thank you Cove team for being great, you just earned a life long customer. I WILL not be going back to any of the other vets in the area except for the Cove. Friendly staff and a top notch vet that knows her stuff!”

I got the filling done 10 years and they started cracking and now I can afford doing a crown. He was able to give me a reasonable quote and asked if I wanted to get it done the same day. I was there for 5 hrs and everything was done in house. He became my dentist. He is always so gentle, friendly, has really good bedside manner and very good at his job. Most importantly he was NEVER late. His hygienist, Leila, I believe that’s the spelling of her name did my deep cleaning the other day and she was also fantastic. Gently and quick and again good bedside manner. Modern looking office, spacious and comfortable.”
